Shipping Policy
Delivery Locations: We have partner warehouses and factories located in the US, Europe and China.
Shipping Method: We use a combination of carriers, depending on the country of destination and the size of your order.
Order Processing: We process all orders within 7-14 business days of payment verification. Please allow for additional processing times during weekends, holidays, sales and pre-orders.
Delivery time: FREE delivery time may vary depending on the product, demand and delivery location. Generally, all orders to USA, AU, Canada, UK take 5-7 business days, and other countries take 7-14 business days. However, some orders may take longer to complete, especially if they are in high demand.
Multiple Orders: If you are ordering multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different factories as they specialize in different areas of production.
Shipping cost: Free shipping worldwide
Tracking Information: We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order and check its status.
Customs duties and taxes: Please note that you may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes when your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Over 90% of our orders are delivered to customers during this time period. However, sometimes orders are delivered to customers much faster than the stated time.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is provided (if applicable).
A book with clear signs of use.
CD, DVD, video cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing reimbursement (if applicable).
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Discounted Items (if applicable)
Returns are only available for regular priced items, unfortunately discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Present
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know of your return.
Delivery
To return an item, please contact us first.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to be delivered to you may vary.
